1. Output Speed(No-load)=Motor Speed(No-load)/Reduction Ratio
2. Output Torque=Motor Torque*Reduction Ratio*Gearbox Efficiency

1. Output Speed(No-load)= 6000/ 39≈154RPM
2. Output Torque= 300* 39* 73%=8541gf.cm≈8.54kgf.cm≈0.84N.m
